Sewing Room in Alexandria, Virginia
< 1 , by Closet America, on Apr 20, 2011
Mary Ann has always loved her sewing hobby. But without an area in her home in Alexandria, Virginia, that was dedicated to her endeavors, Mary Ann eventually had trouble staying motivated.
That’s where Closet America stepped in. One of our designers visited Mary Ann’s home, listened to her needs, and used the latest 3-D computer-assisted design technology to design a workspace that Mary Ann could efficiently function in.
Mary Ann was impressed with the quality of the components used to build her sewing room, including thicker 3mm edge banding providing soft edges that don’t snag, soft close drawers, integrated leg levelers that remove weight from the wall and evenly distribute the system weight to the floor and the wall, seamless metal rods, and stronger shelf supports. All of this attention to quality is what enables Closet America not only to guarantee their products but offer customers a double lifetime guarantee.
Mary Ann couldn’t be happier with the final result. She said, “From the initial contact to the final finish, each person I talked to was knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. My designer listened to my needs, the young woman who came to take the final measurements was helpful in making adjustments for me, and the installer was prompt, thorough, answered all my questions, and was thorough in the cleanup. My ‘new’ sewing room looks larger, neater, and brighter!!! Now I can get motivated to sew again.”
